How to Request Data Deletion

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of all personal data processed through the website kruber.cz.

Procedure for Data Deletion:

1. Send an email to marek@kruber.cz.
2. In the subject line, write: "Request for Personal Data Deletion".
3. In the email body, please include at least:

• Your first and last name (if provided during communication),
• The email address or phone number you used when filling out the contact form,
• A brief confirmation that you request the deletion of all personal data.

What Happens After Receiving Your Request:

• Your request will be processed within 30 days at the latest.
• After the deletion is completed, you will receive confirmation via email.
• If deletion is technically impossible (e.g., due to legal obligation to retain accounting documents), you will be informed.

Scope of Deletion

The deletion covers all data you provided through the contact form on the website, including email communication sent via Resend.com service.

After the process is completed, your data will no longer be stored in any database or email system of the controller.
